Double Love (Sweet Valley High) by Francine Pascal: A Book Recommendation
Double Love by Francine Pascal
Welcome to Sweet Valley High, where you’ll meet twin sisters, Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield. Even though they’re identical, they have completely different personalities.
Jessica is someone who always gets what she wants, whether it’s with her friends, school, or boys. She’s very determined, and nothing can stop her from getting what she wants.
Elizabeth, on the other hand, is someone who always gives in to her twin sister. She doesn’t see any point in fighting over small things like lost earrings or petty problems. She’s always been the one to step back and let Jessica have her way.
However, when it comes to football star Todd Wilkins, Elizabeth is feeling a little unsure. She’s never had to compete with her sister before, but now she’s not sure if she should let Jessica take the lead. It’s a new experience for both of them, and it’s anyone’s guess who will come out on top.
After all, she told herself, if Todd preferred Jessicaโand that certainly was how it lookedโshe would not stand in the way. Sheโd do the decent thing. Die.
